I’ve been working a bit more on working something together for the corrupted audio stuff that I have, and what I want to know is,
If I were to put this stuff on like bandcamp or whatever would it be more interesting to edit and sort of “punch up” this sort of stuff or is it better to just have it all raw?
people are replying to the previous post about lithops and i just want to say that my botany professor spent years of his life doing his doctoral dissertation studying lithops in the wild and i think about that sometimes like. imagine writing ur doctoral thesis on the butt plants. having your literal life’s work being about the butt plants. you are literally one of the few certified butt plant experts in the world. u go to sleep at night knowing that should there ever be a buttmergency in the nigerian desert- say, for instance, a new butt is discovered- you may receive a phone call requesting your hot take on the situation, and you will most certainly have an impassioned opinion to report. you may soon find yourself bent over one in the south african wilderness: ‘it is my academic opinion that this is indeed a new butt’
